Privacy policy
Last updated 1 November 2026
This policy explains what personal information Grows10x ("we", "us") collects through grows10x.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you tell us in the application form: your full name, email address, phone number and country, the social media handles or links you add, your audience size and what you sell today.
- Basic technical information: your IP address and browser details, which our servers process briefly to keep the site secure and to stop spam. We don't use them to profile you.
We also look at the public profiles you share with us (for example, your public Instagram or YouTube page) to assess your application.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising. The site may store small technical preferences in your browser that never leave your device.
How we use your information
- To review your application and decide whether we can work together.
- To contact you about your application by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- If we partner, to prepare and manage our agreement with you.
- To protect the site and our business from fraud and abuse.
We rely on your consent (you tick the box when you apply), on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for us. These include website and database hosting, network and security services, and our email provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Where it's stored
Our providers may store and process information in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
If we don't partner, we keep your application for up to 24 months in case the timing is better later, then delete it. If we do partner, we keep what we need for the length of our agreement and as long afterwards as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, or US state privacy laws such as California's), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. To use them, email [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Stopping messages
Every email we send includes a way to opt out, or you can reply "stop" to any message. We'll honour it promptly.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls and providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will tell you if a breach affects you where the law requires.
Children
This site and our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has applied, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we'll tell you before it applies.
