These terms apply to your use of grows10x.com (the "site"), run by Grows10x ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the site is
The site describes our growth partnership services and lets you apply to work with us. It is general information, not an offer to enter into a contract, and not financial, legal or business advice.
Applications
Applying doesn't create a partnership or any obligation for you or for us. We review applications at our discretion and may decline any application without giving a reason. You confirm that what you submit is accurate, that it's about you or a business you're authorised to represent, and that you are at least 18.
Partnerships are governed by a separate agreement
If we decide to work together, the services, revenue share, ownership, term and all other conditions will be set out in a separate written agreement signed by both of us. That agreement takes priority over anything on this site.
Illustrations aren't promises
The growth curve, the revenue estimator and any figures on the site are simplified illustrations to help you think about potential. They are not forecasts, projections or guarantees of results. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your audience, your offer and market conditions, and can be lower than illustrated or nothing at all. "10x" is part of our name and an ambition, not a promised outcome.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site. That includes submitting false or someone else's information, sending spam or automated submissions, trying to break or overload the site, probing it for weaknesses, or copying it in bulk.
Our content
The site's design, text, graphics, logo and the Grows10x name belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse them otherwise without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
